• The waterproof internal layer polyurethane (PU) back is more dryer friendly than PVC and will not crack (maximum heat 70 degrees Celsius)
• A non-slip surface on the bottom that will grip the bed and not ripple
• A soft, quilted, stay-dry surface for improved skin care, channels moisture away from the skin, leaving the surface and the patient feeling dry
• Absorbent polyester/rayon soaker ensures effective fluid containment

Washing Instructions

• Wash before use
• Adding a bleach-free, non-corrosive disinfectant to the rinse cycle should be enough for hygiene
• Our manufacturer recommends using a 1-2% hydrogen peroxide bleach solution if needed
• Do not use chlorine bleach (more commonly available) - it damages the PU layer and can cause leaks.
• Warm/cold wash
• Line dry or dry on a tumble dry below 70 degrees Celsius
• Do not iron
