Steady step® heel hugger - Polar Ice®

Heel Hugger therapeutic heel stabiliser with Polar Ice® relieves heel pain and inflammatory problems of the calcaneus. Sewn-in Polar Ice gel pads, located on each side of the calcaneus below the level of the talo-calcaneal joint, limit lateral and medial movement of the heel and provide soothing cold therapy to reduce heel inflammation.

The heel hugger's supportive neoprene material provides compression to control oedema and absorbs shock from heel strike. Designed and patented by a Podiatrist, it is an effective treatment for chronic heel pain, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, narrow heels, retrocalcaneal bursitis, calcaneal apophysitis, and Achilles tendonitis.
