Which weight should I choose?

• Ensure the user can safely lift the blanket
• Recommended blanket weight should be around 10% of your body weight
• Blanket weight recommendations:
  - 4.5 kg blanket for user weight between 25 kg - 49 kg
  - 6.8 kg blanket for user weight between 50 kg - 94 kg
  - 9.0 kg blanket for user weight 95 kg and above (Grey only)
