    • Canterbury grown flaxseed
    • Dried lavender flowers
    • Spun polyester thread

Care Instructions

  • DO NOT wash or get wet: If your Natural Heat+Cold Pack becomes wet, dry it immediately (a dehumidifier works best) or air dry in the sun.
  • Never heat a wet Natural Heat+Cold Pack in the microwave.

Heating Instructions:

  • Use a microwave only. DO NOT use a gas or electric oven.
  • When heating, place a mug of water next to the heat pack to prevent overheating the flaxseed and linen.
  • Heat for 90 seconds in a clean microwave, adding 30-second increments if needed.
  • Ensure the heat pack rotates freely on the microwave turntable.

Cooling Instructions:

  • Place your heat pack in a clean plastic bag (provided during shipping) and refrigerate or freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • The pillow will not turn into an ice block, so leave it in the freezer for extended periods. Remove from the bag and apply directly to the skin.
