The key differences between Activator Poles and the Series 300 Poles are:

  1. The Activator Poles are strengthened to enable people with balance issues to offload their weight onto them.
  2. They have different "tips" - the Activator Poles have a bell shape and the Series 300 Poles have a boot shape
  3. There are two different techniques - the Activator is used out in front of you (for balance) and the Series 300 uses a Nordic Walking technique.
